By sheer happenstance, we met Zach of Lawns & More and his crew while they were doing a landscaping job for the developer of our newer condo townhouse project earlier this fall. We wanted a patio done to match exactly the one that another contractor had built for our neighbours sometime ago. We supplied those specs and left the rest to Zach. Our other neighbours across from us requested theirs done too at the same time and long story short, the results are no less than exceptional. Zach and crew were always on time and the job was completed in the specified number of days (we had good weather so no rain delays which are sometimes inevitable). They were also very careful not to trample or damage any of the surrounding condominium common areas with their large mechanical equipment and left the job site exactly, actually better than they found it. Thanks Zach and team, we are extremely happy with our new patio that we will impatiently wait to use next spring!
