All services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

3. Quotes and Payments

  • All quotes are estimates based on information provided by the customer and may be subject to change upon physical inspection of the property.
  • Payment is due as specified in your service agreement or invoice.

Late payments may result in service suspension or additional fees.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing access to the property at the agreed time
  • Clearing the lawn of obstacles such as toys, furniture, or debris
  • Notifying us of pets or hazards on the property
  • Informing us of irrigation systems or underground utilities

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule a service with at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in a cancellation fee.

In the event of inclement weather or unforeseen issues, Lawns and More Inc. reserves the right to reschedule service.

6. Liability Disclaimer

While we take great care in providing our services, Lawns and More Inc. is not liable for:

  • Damage caused by hidden objects or unmarked utilities
  • Damage due to pre-existing conditions of your lawn or property
  • Allergic reactions or health conditions arising from lawn treatments

Our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for those services.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, logos, images, and graphics, is the property of Lawns and More Inc. and may not be copied, distributed, or used without written permission.

8. Changes to Terms
